Explain how your model operates and which components from which model you used and why! After reading chapter 8, you realize the many options employers have to motivate employees, which in turn, increases job performance. Happy employees make their customers happier and happy customers make the owners and stakeholders happier because they all love profits. Since we already know that employees are the number one person or group we should always make happy, I would like for you to: 3. Discuss 3 motivators that you believe would make employees happy and tell us why. 4. Develop a NEW motivator that is not discussed in your readings. Be creative! In other words what do you wish employers would do to make employee lives better. Define it and describe why it would act as a motivator!
